Cat reeeally loves Naha. She is a warm and solid and accepting presence in his life and he appreciates that so much. But...at the same time it makes him really anxious to please her because he doesn't want to lose that. So sometimes he will modulate his behavior around her -- not exactly lying, but sometimes he will form his responses to her so they fit what he thinks she most wants to hear.
